March 13, 2025

February 13, 2025

The Spring Hollow HOA Board met on February 13, 2025, to discuss community concerns and ongoing projects. Topics included road salting issues, holiday decoration removals, visitor parking guidelines, and architectural compliance. Updates were provided on financial matters, including QuickBooks cost increases and outstanding dues. The board reviewed bids for upcoming road projects and addressed security concerns related to the community gate. A special meeting will be scheduled to finalize roadwork plans, and the next regular board meeting is set for March 13, 2025.

January 9, 2025

The January Spring Hollow HOA meeting, led by Vice President Jesse Medina, addressed key topics, including updates on the damaged 1300 West gate and bids for its replacement, which range from $2,190 to $8,580. Ongoing efforts include forming an ad hoc committee to refine architectural standards, resolving late HOA dues, and improving leaf cleanup challenges. Homeowners suggested providing meeting agendas in advance and utilizing the new bulletin board for better communication. Additional discussions covered Jellyfish light installation approval, financial updates, and upcoming concrete repair bids. The next meeting is set for February 13, 2025.

December 12, 2024

The December Spring Hollow HOA meeting, presided over by President Sophia Weiss, covered several topics, including addressing garbage can relocation concerns, realtor resources for property sales, and a survey on virtual meeting interest. Updates included progress on digitizing financial records, the approval of a roof replacement, and plans to review architectural guidelines. Financial matters such as year-end reports and dues were also discussed, alongside the approval of a bulletin board purchase. Landscaping, snow removal, parking, and road repairs were addressed, with new bids being sought for Phase 3 road work and gate repairs. The next meeting set for January 9, 2025.

November 14, 2024

Sophia welcomed everyone to our first board meeting. Agenda items, including updates on insurance renewal, architectural standards, and a new website coordinator were discussed. Key motions passed included a pay increase for an employee contract, the approval of a new landscaping company, and the installation of an outdoor bulletin board. Reminders about HOA dues and proper waste disposal were given, alongside updates on property sales and city landscaping plans. Homeowners shared concerns on hierarchy and financial transparency. The next meeting scheduled for December 12, 2024.

Dave Hanney started by reviewing and discussing the 2024 Projects that were completed and will also comment on the 2025 Projects that he recommends the next Board of Directors committee will consider getting done.

October 12th & 17th 2024

Nat commented that homeowners need to bring their packages in from their porch as soon after delivery as possible. Packages are being seen left outside for two or three days.

September 9, 2024

Nat Pizzuto reported that solicitors are still coming in and contacting residents at their homes.  They are to be requested to leave…

August 5, 2024

In conjunction with the monthly board meeting there was also the election candidates special meeting. You can see those minutes here.

The next board meeting will be held on Monday, August 5th at 6:30 PM. Dave also advised that the meeting for this year’s election candidates is scheduled to be held in conjunction with the August 5th regular board meeting.

July 8, 2024

President Hanney advised that it will be necessary to move the date of the July board meeting from July 1st to the second Monday that is July 8th. 

June 4, 2024

President Hanney issued a thank you to all that have come to the meeting today and commented that now is the time for us to get the people we need to run in the HOA Board Election.

In his Opening Comments he advised that Mike McCoy is in the process of moving to Idaho for a new job so it is necessary to replace him at the HOA Treasurer.
