February 13, 2025
The Spring Hollow HOA Board met on February 13, 2025, to discuss community concerns and ongoing projects. Topics included road salting issues, holiday decoration removals, visitor parking guidelines, and architectural compliance. Updates were provided on financial matters, including QuickBooks cost increases and outstanding dues. The board reviewed bids for upcoming road projects and addressed security concerns related to the community gate. A special meeting will be scheduled to finalize roadwork plans, and the next regular board meeting is set for March 13, 2025.
January 9, 2025

November 14, 2024
Sophia welcomed everyone to our first board meeting. Agenda items, including updates on insurance renewal, architectural standards, and a new website coordinator were discussed.
