Be aware that soon all phases will have repair and maintenance road work being done. There are three sections to be done over three days. Roads will not be able to be used for 24 hours when complete. As the dates and exact sections  are available to us, we will update here with more specifics. Parking permits will not be required during this time to park in visitor spaces but please remember that parking along the road is not allowed. Please be patient and, if able, consider lending your driveway to other neighbors when visitor parking is full.
